Hey, thanks. I'd been looking at any pics I could find of the xxx's, but couldn't find one that looked to me like the same front shock tower and chassis shape. Also, the upper spring retainer on the shocks are a bolt together type clamp. The electric motor that I took out of it was an Epic Speed 19. What would be a good replacement, and could this thing handle brushless?

Just figured I'd throw my JRX2 on here.
I've upgraded a bit to make it a modern runner
1. Slipper assembly
2. XX shocks with progressive springs in the rear
3. 2.4ghz & brushless
4. I am currently putting 2.2 size tires on it. You'll see the original tires on the front and XXX 2.2's on the rear (these aren't permanent).
5. A&L ball bearing steering
6. JRX-Pro rear shock tower
7. Battery holder for Lipo

Another JRXT, this one is a hardcore runner, about 14 led lights on the body, Castle Sidewinder 5700KV Combo, slipper, JR Z590 servo, Spektrum radio. These pics were before I upgraded the electronics.

And finally, this is an Advanced Racing Technology pan car conversion for the JRX2. Uses an agitator pan car front end and a losi rear end and gearbox. 12-turn triple in this one now with a Novak Cyclone esc. Also swapped these nimh cells out for a pair of 2650mah 40c lipos. This one, is fast.
Body is a Custom Works IROC Camaro, one of the only ones I could find that would even come close to covering the 9" wide front end and 10" wide rear... I said almost......

JRXT, this one now has a Novak Tempest ESC, Losi Revolution motor, standard steering servo. Needs a body.

Great thread! I will always have a big old soft spot in my heart for these old Losi's! I had two LXT's and miss them both dearly. These trucks always seemed to be a step ahead of everyone else back in the day.
