Paint job's looking really good. I don't mind that tire on the back actually..more interesting than the fake in the kit. Look forward to seeing the finished car and driver. I'm just painting gluing the driver and some other bits at the moment, had to wait for the cement to arrive from Hong Kong. Ed

Be sure to post some pics once you got them all ready to go!!

You really don't need those model specific cement.. any CA glue would work just fine, I am sure... :D

hmm....I am going to use him I have decided. Not painted yet though. Painted some other misc parts of the body.

I just got done painting the XR311 in a desert scheme. It took me two hours just to put the body together and it's only 3/4 finished. I have to wait for some paint to dry. Starting on the chassis after dinner, I'll be posting on that thread soon.:D

Here's my Finished Wild Willy 2 Redbull Sport. I have added a yellow stripe to the Drivers Helmet and Touched up the detail on the rollcage halogens (Not a great deal of difference really-just a bit neater) I tried the Jeep with the small bumper, but for me it was too small in relation to the chassis. I have therefore made an intermediate sized bumper by cutting down the training bumper, which i Think looks ok. I might consider getting the alloy shocks from Hong Kong as I like the look of these on Lunchboxer's WW2.
Looking forward to seeing more pics of TamiyaExperienced WW2, as well as anyone else's in the making. Cheers Ed

Oh yeah, you will like those Tamiya shocks... they are of very good quality... very smooth action..

Although for Willy, not like it is a race machine or anything.. so it is more for bling.. :D
