How about someone that at least remembers where some of the reinforcements go in the foam fuselage? Or is everyone from the '90's is deceased?

On the FW-190 and the Zero there is a doubler that fits inside by the wing saddle and there are grooves on the outside for some reinforcing spars. Other than that, that's it. I've sheeted them with 1/16" balsa, fiberglass cloth and epoxy and pulled a pantyhose over fuselage and epoxy. Hope that helps.

Maybe I'll post some pics of some of various pcs of wood that must be reinforcements of some type but not sure where they go....
