MCM in combat?

If I'm correct it says no tuned pipes in combat but what about mousse can mufflers? I thought they were tuned pipes. Are they allowed?

The actual RCCA/AMA rule is no muffler or exhaust system longer than 8" from any two points on the muffler. Tune all you like if you can cram it in 8". Of course, a full tuned pipe is much loner than 8", while a KY mousse can is right at the limit.

In open B class yes, as Montague said, but SSC must use stock equipment.
