Ziggs Hellcat

I am curious if anyone knows how to obtain information about the Ziggs Hellcat kit. I have seen references to them all over the net but when I tried to email it said it was a bad address. Does anyone know about these kits, i.e. how much is included, are they any good, etc.? Please let me know. Also, if anyone has any info about other Hellcat kits or plans for .20 sized combat please let me know! Thanks!

Zigg's Originals is out of busness. That's why you've been unabel to contact them.

I know a guy that has built several of the Zigg's Hellcat kits. He loves the way they fly, but he admits that they are both slower than average and not very durable.

Zigg's kits generally came with all of the foam parts for the fuselage and wing cut & grooved, a plastic cowl, a plastic canopy and a nice set of instructions. You're on your own for the misc. hardware, fiberglass, resin and wood to complete it.

As for other 1/12th Hellcat kits/plans, there are only the plans from Gus Morfis:

Keep in mind Gus's plans are all balsa designs[:'(]. And, I don't know if Gus is still selling plans and parts, but try contacting if him you're interested.

Some guys have taken Gus' plans and used the outlines to cut foam parts. It's a great way to go if you absolutly have to have a Hellcat.
