Help with engine selection

Hey guys,
IM working on a HOB p-51 mustang, but nto for combat. I am posting here becasue i am having issues choosing my engine, and combatpigg suggested i post here because .15 are the staple of combat apparently? So, this plane is truely only designed for up to a .1, but i want it to haul @$$ once i get expereined enough to fly it. im building it with removable LG so it will primarily be a hand launch and belly lander.

I have a very very limited budget, and preferably i would buy an engine used off of someone, but if i have to get one new, i will.

since this plane was designed for a .1 with a 22-28oz flight weight, i want to make sure i dont go too far over that if at all.

so ya, any input would be much appreciated. i have another thread for the plane specifically over in the 1/2a forum if anyone wants to read a bit there.

thanks guys

I've seen one of those with a .15 crammed in. The wingloading winds up being a bit high, so you have to watch it on landing. If you want lots of power in an easy-to-run .15, the OS .15 CV-A is a great engine, though a bit pricy.

$110, but might be cheaper elsewhere.
