BIY combat

Alright, I am scratch building a combat plane. I have all i need except two things, colored packing tape (not duct tape) that is about 2" wide, for covering the foam wing, and coroplast (corogated plastic) for the tail surfaces. I have looked just about everywhere and can't find either of the items, if anyone knows where i can get these please post here.

Fwiw, I get my tape from Uline.com I think the tape is better quality, but last I checked, you had to buy at least 18 rolls of tape.

You can also get coro from your local sign shops if you just want a little bit. Some shops will try to rip you off for the coro, but others are more reasonable. Also, some guys get it from signs that are being tossed out, promo signs at gas stations and so on. That said, I also get my coro from Harbor Sales :D

Fwiw, as far as coroplast goes some guys even run down a road sign or political campaign sign and then claim it as roadkill.

Some people are thrifty ( buy in bulk and save ) but the above is down right CHEAP>

You can also get coroplast at michaels or AC MORE, and or any craft shop. Though not sold as "Coroplast" they have it as a differant name. I picked up like 3-4 sheets for a couple of bucks at michaels.
