1st Combat Project thinking OS Wankle .30
 

This will be my first Combat plane. Our club is running an informal combat day. I'm thinking of Building a Gremlin and mating it to an OS Wankle .30 anyone ever tried such a thing?

This will do fine as long as you don't mind destroying an engine valued at over $200.00.[&o] A couple of dirt naps or a mid-air, and that beautiful engine will be ready for the parts drawer. Go buy a Magnum .28 for $65.00. It can handle dirt naps and survive anything short of an engine to engine mid-air. Put a MAS 9X4 on it and run 15% nitro fuel in it. This combination will fly the Gremlin real nice. Lots of experienced, veteran combat pilots like myself are happy to help you on this forum.
BUT BE CAREFUL!!! COMBAT IS ADDICTING!!!:D:);)[8D]
