Surgical tubing (rubber). You can use a .177 pellet from your favorite pellet gun to plug the end........and 2 oz. syringe to fill it up! Real simple. You just need to install a smooth tube inside your wing to house the expanded tube. Fuel proof it real good in there, so when it explodes on you....it won't soak the inside of your wing!!
