EPP Foam

Has anyone tried EPP foam for cutting combat wings? Were do you find it? Anyone have a supplier? What are the pros and cons? How does it compare in weight to other forms of foam?

Thanks

EPP Foam

I have 2 Tufflight flying wing planes that are (I believe) completely EPP foam. It seems to be very durable for combat. Spar strength is critical for t-bone hits. Also I know Battle Floyds are available with an EPP leading edge for the same reason. Tufflight recommends Ultracote covering to further strengthen tham. I don't know where to get blanks though. Both of my planes weigh 4 and 1/2 pounds with os46fx motors and JR 537 servos. One is a 6' wing and the other is 56'' wide.
