RE: Questions

SWP, I don't fly much electric but have given some thought to using some of those slow flyer electric ARFs. The key is using evenly matched planes and to find how much streamer the planes can tug around. Just flying those planes for the sake of flying must get pretty boring pretty quick, combat is a great way to make otherwise average planes much more fun to fly.

RE: Questions

The first thing to do is to get together with some other guys who want to fly combat as well. If there's an established group, then talk to them and see what they are doing. If there isn't, get together with some friends and pick something. What you pick actually doesn't matter all that much at first. But you're best off picking a single design and having everyone fly that to start with, and making sure the chosen plane handles impact with the ground and other planes and prop cuts well, and/or is cheap and easily repairable or replaceable.

RE: Questions

As i tried to mail to combatpigg it can be dificult to find people who only(mainly) want to fly warbirds in combat. That's why i started my own RC Squadron with only limited permited aircraft.Up untill all required paperwork is done(permits, location permit aso)i do my combat training on my own...[:'(]
