Off road ST to a Drag car???
 

I am thinking about getting a HPI 1/10 scale Firestorm nitro stadium truck and converting it to a drag car to mess around with. Has anyone tried to convert one to a drag car, and if so, what did you do to it? If not, would anyone have any suggestions as to what to change on it? Thanks.

number one a drag car is all about traction and you will have to put foam tires on it and get the shox set just right so it leaves good i have the firestorm and im converting it to a dirt drag car so im gonna put paddles on it and an axial big block in it when i get the cash. when you buy the firestorm u want to buy a three shoe racing clutch for it i got mine from integy for the revo cuz its a small block, also u want to get the gearing right start with the clutch bell but dont buy a bigger one it takes way your low end and top end i tried it.

Its going to take some work(motor, tires, gearing,tuning) if you want to it can be done though.
