In my 4wd shaft driven chassis can I remove the front diff or front wishbones and make it full rwd? Will it hurt anything in the car?

I doubt the geometry will be optimized for RWD, but certainly doable just to see what it's like, I suspect you will quickly go back to 4WD.

I am no longer into drifting anymore, but I have never ran a RWD so unfortunately I can't make any educated tuning suggestions for you there.
