i have a traxxas nitro 4 tech and want to use it for drifting what do i need to do to get it to a good drift car

Instead of wasting money on a new engine and parts, because a nitro engine could overheat when drifting.
Buy a cheap electric RTR and put on some ABS/PVC piping on the rims and you're set.
Check out towerhobbies.com and search for TT-01. Pick which ever body you want (all the same chassis, unless noted otherwise) and you're set.

all you need is a set of HPI's Hard compund Drift tires. with nitro all that engine with PVC/ABS is BAD
