Default Hiding the Antenna on a Sprint 2?

Has anyone come up with a good way to run the antenna on a Sprint 2 under the body to give the car a cleaner look?

On my TT-01 its easy, you just wrap the antenna around the rear body posts inside the body but on the Sprint2 because of the way the motor is positioned I just dont see a nice place to wrap the antenna. I was just wondering if anyone else has done it?

ive seen people use spare lexan, cut holes or make small cutouts and actually "sew" the antenna wire into the lexan and mount it inside the body on the chassis. ill try and find a picture for you

Here you are. These are pics I took when I was building the sprint 2. There's some good shots of the chasis there. I'm thinking I might need to run the antenna to the front body posts and then I'll wrap it around those a few times provided I still get a good signal. I'm open to better ideas though?

thats a good Idea. with a tt01 its vice versa; you'd have to run it in the rear

the idea driftdriftdrift posted is the most widely used and best working. for best results, you have to sew the wire in a way that it doesnt overlap itself

The downside I see to weaving the antenna along the inside of the body shell is that its a pain to take the body off then to do work on the chasis.

i think you read it wrong, its not woven through the body, its woven through a scrap peice of lexan that is attached to the chassis, its not attached to the body at all

I Bought mine as an RTR and it came with an LRP GT3 Turbo 17x2T with LRP Ai Runner PLUS Reverse 15T ESC.

I love the Sprint 2.. Has been a very reliable Chassis for me and HPI Shells have pre-Drilled holes for the Sprint2 making Shell work Sooo much easier.. the Results are alway fantastic...

Mine came with the Saturn 20T and Nosram Hawk Power Reverse ESC.

Here's the store [link=http://www.stanbridges.com.au/]-=LINK=-[/link]

Magnat is spot on about the Sprint2. Its a nice chasis to run. Only thing I'm finding with mine at the moment is that I've got a fair bit of understeer now with ABS tires. Any ideas Magnat?

Hiding the Antenna is just something I prefer to do. Gives the car a really nice clean look when its sliding past
