I think he's talking about the Nitro Stage-D upgarde kit AUSO-nat
From what I've read it is worth getting for a Nitro if you have the cash because one of the main things its changes is the location of the engine. It allows you to mid mount the engine on the chasis to get a more balanced ride. Here's the list of features it has:

It truthfully isnt worth it at all. Vie drifted both, a car with the stage D, and my regular EVO, and it makes little to no difference. If you spent all the money on more drift tires for more practice youll end up drifting a hell of alot better then if you waste it on the stage D kit. Ive also found that the T-15, with the yellow gears is you best choice. as far as engine goes.

I wonder if they can come up with a water cooling Aid for Nitro Drifters to keep the Head tempretures down whilst going Slideways..
Would save a fair few drift motors??

Word on that. You do not need the stage D conversion kit to drift the RS4. Drift tires and practice. Drift tires and practice. Drift tires and practice. That's it.
And by drift tires I don't mean ABS or anything that smooth. Drift radials by HPI are best for nitro cars, because they have more traction than ABS, yet are slick enough to slide with.
And word on not upgrading a nitro motor. Stock nitro motors, even the weakest ones, have OODLES of torque to get sideways. TOO MUCH torque really, which is why I stick to electrics. Which is another story.
