Many people make there exhaust's themselves. The only aftermarket one I know of is the yokomo one http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHPY1&P=7
I'm not sure if any specialty drift shops are making them but its worth a look around.

I use brass piping, soldered onto a flat piece of brass.
You can also buy pre-maid ones off of sites like towerhobbies, genkidori, local hobby stores*
