i use a damp rag because i don't have a compressor and the cans of compressed air are expensive.

i used a little wd-40 to clean the joints and moving parts, not electronics, and that seems to work well.

I've always bought compressed air but that stuff does get expensive. I recently bought an air compressor for $100 and it's paid itself off 100 times over already.

Ah, the beautiful look of clean drifter chassis.

Agreed. I drift it sometimes on the street, mostly outside (on the driveway)..

And I get leaves, dirt, all inside.. I just shake everything out. Make sure no rocks are hitting anything (had a rock land perfectly into my servo U, where it turns the wheels on my TT-01, and you couldn't turn left. It was funny. I almost thought I broke something...

I just shake everything out, and every weekend, just, air compressor it all out..

I've had an air compressor for about 10 years..... (long before I was born even! But, I'm 13)..

Back then, it was cheap! $50! We even use it to tap off my parents tires every once in awhile!

I also use compressed air plus some Nitro cleaner. I'm drifting with Nitro power and since you're running at lower speeds it tends to add extra goo to the side of the car.

Depending on how clean the surface is, the car can get really dirty.
