I am looking to buy my first electric drift car. I was looking at the Sprint 2 or TT-01. Are these good choices? I'm sorta on a budget so I don't want to spend a whole lot. Any help would be appreciated.

Both will work, the TT-01 is a un built kit as opposed to the sprint which is factory assembled. I prefer building my kits so that I can learn about them in order to trouble shoot in the future.

I have both the Sprint 2 and TT-01 and have to say for onroad track or court sliding the Sprint 2 is awesome but for carparks and streets the TT-01 truely shines

im a bigger tt01 fan myself, one thing is that tt01 replacement parts are generally a lot cheaper. either car will work but if u get a S2 make sure to do the diff mod.

I will be buying it used, so should I get the TT-01 Drift Spec or will the regular TT-01 work if I put a 27T motor in it with drift tires? I have found a regular TT-01 and I was just wondering what I would have to do to make it drift.

realistically, you should be able to make any stock electric car drift, it's more in the tires than anything. That said some will drift better than others.
If you can get it, the drift spec does come with some upgrades over the stock tt01 kit.

Is there anything that will make the regular TT-01 drift better? I found an RTR for $95.00. I was just wondering if I would have to replace the springs or anything. Thanks.

Power gets sent to the wheels equally..
This means that your car will have a reduced Turning circle on radial tyres but an exceptionally tail happy car on Polypipe tyres..
