Default Good nitro car choise?

Hey Everyone,

i'm new the the r/c drifting world, but not new to the r/c world lol. i've been mostly involved with 1/10 nitro stadium trucks for a number of years now. now i'm looking to get into the nitro drifting world. but this is the catch: i wold like a car that could drift, but i would also like to use it for some rally racing. im partial to hpi, so naturally i've been looking at the RS4 3 and the RS4 3 Drift. the drift edition has everthing bettter placed on the chassis for drifting, but it only has a single speed transmition. the regular RS4 3 on the other hand has an adjustable two speed transmition. . i would like to know if i could the RS4 3 and tune the transmition to shift very late or would i just be better off getting the drift. my main concern is that the drift is only single speed so it won't be very useful for anything else...

Thanks for all your help,

you could always get the 2-speed and run it in the drift rs4. with the motor thats in it..with a single speed, it would do well for the off road also

Well i myself have never had a problem with single speed cars , so if it was me... ide go with the drift edition , if you happen to go with the 2speed , let me know how it is at drifting.
