locking diff
 
hello..
anybody have experience on locking the rear diff on a hsp drift car or the redcat exceed(since they are the same chasis)?

You can probably just open it up and put something in there to bind up the gears. You could just fill it with glue, but I've always used a bit of bandage or something like sticky tack so I could undo it later.

This is assuming you can open up the differential, I only have experience with Mini-Zs.

No prob :)

And yeah locked diff is a must for drifting, drastically improves control while sideways!

I'd echo the sticky tack suggestion. I personally didn't like having the locked rear diff, and I really wish I would have used something less permanent.
