Wad is drifting?

Ok After i watched a video it was quite obious wad it was a car that sort of drifts as if there were oil puddles everywhere ,,,, How do those cars do that? are there special tires.. Looks tricky to drive very wavy drving tactics.

There are special drifting tyres available...one can also buy some pvc piping and just put it on the out side of one's tyres. Some people even put tape on.

its just a matter of having a constantly controlled powerslide. usually either have to do something to your tires or have a ton of power.
