in simple terms drifting is basically losing grip on the rear end while maintaning it on the front end pitching a car sideway round a corner like this

thats what it is with real cars. RC's are not capable of the same physics and or mechanics as a real car. due to weight transfer/placement and a whole bunch of other things.

so in RC drifting= lossing traction on all 4 wheels and sliding using momentum, throttle and steering control.

ye but u still need grip on the front or u will just spin out all the time that is y they say wrap the front tyres different to the fron with atleast still 1/4 of the rubber shows to keep that bit of grip on the front
