anyine know the specs on the esc that comes with d1 rtr

I couldn't find anything other than: "Yokomo SCR-6712 Electric Speed Controller with Reverse Control. Great ESC for Drift Cars and etc."

If you're wondering on turn limit and cell capacity, I would put it around 12 turns 6 cells. For drifting purposes it's fine, it can definitely handle a 27T or 19T and any 6 cell battery pack.
