Gday!
I have never owned or driven an RC before but I just bought a 1/10 TAMIYA XB PORSCHE CARRERA GT on a TT-01 Chassis. I bought it on sole purpose for drifting after coming across this sort of driving on the net. Hope to have my first drive today and don't intend to stop!

nice drift it up!!!!!!!!!! But i would advice against just drifting in a wide open area make a track out of something i have not done this yet and have lost some interest, although trying to regain it. Use some chalk or cones this will also help u improve faster!

yeah.. even just 2 cones can make a world of differance... anyone can make a car slide once its set up... making it go around something is the really fun part...

Cool you have a TT-01.
First thing you MUST do is upgrade to an aluminum Drive Shaft, and Ball bearings. You'll get more longer runs, and things will go alot smoother. Futher down the line, your gonna wanna upgrade to the aluminum steering set. TT-01's have sloppy turning.

Thanks Feintmotion! I'll take these changes onboard and make the mods as I get more experience.:)
