hi, just wanted to know if anyone goes to the balboa park (calif) i live near it so i just thought maybe someone goes there. they fly airplanes there and they have a larger area to race cars too. ill soon be getting a nitro car so ill be there fridays,saturdays and sundays.

I think he means Balboa Park in San Diego.

in fact hers the address, its a big park with a lake, on the other side is where they fly airplane, and have a large area for cars.

Actually,
I live two blocks from there and I am a big nitro car RC guy.

The park, however, is only for planes and helis.

No cars are allowed.

lol thats great your only a few blocks aways, but they do allow cars there they even made in area for it. there is a sign there that says radio cars," rockets, allowed in this area" by any chance do you know a hobby shop by the name hobby-people . thats where im thinking of getting my car and using it in the park. anyways when was the last time you went there (park) ? =D

Where in the park is it? as far as I ever knew......it was only for planes. Is it in the same area as the flying field????

in the same area but to the right of it. its gated off but you can go there, but if its true what you say then ill just have to go to the college near to my dads house i think its csun.

i just went there today and a sign reads " rc cars prohibited" and i breaked in my car there no one told me anything. when was the last time you went there???

i just found out that they dont allow it there none the less i did used my car there all they ask me was my freq on my radio.. semsi to me that they should allow it[:o]

i live around there, i just got a tt01 to start drifting with, and ive been needing some good places to go...im goin to college at CSUN next year :) so i know exactly where that is...is balboa park close to CSUN?
