drifting off-road trucks
i found this forum when searching for remote controled drifting and found that EVERYONE is using the street cars with those plastic tire things. i was just wondering if anyone on here drifts in dirt and gravel with off-road trucks because that is what i do. thanks.

RE: drifting off-road trucks
Well, i have a nitro staduim truck, and i sort of drift on dirt and stuff its okay, but my car flips alot and does wheelies. Drifting isn't really meant to be done on gravel and dirt. Do you have any modifications that allow it to drift better?

RE: drifting off-road trucks
i've got it lowered down with harder compound wheels. they started out as full off-road tires but driving it on the street wore them down to just drag slicks. i also have a tuned pipe and a wider ranged servo for steering

RE: drifting off-road trucks
pretty cool- does it seem to drift well, and the same as a car?

RE: drifting off-road trucks
well i started trying it because my car was all thrashed and it was hard at first, but now i'm used to it and i can get drifts as good as the cars

RE: drifting off-road trucks
I work in a huge aircraft hanger. The floors where just redone 2 years ago. so my fellow crew and I drift diffent things. I personly think my 3.3 t-maxx drifts better than most cars.
