traxxas 4 tec
does anyone drift with this or has drifted with them? i was wondering because they seem to be popular/good cars. i no they are belt driven so i was also wondering if they snap easy with drifting

RE: traxxas 4 tec
Yes but since they are belt drive, they lag a little. Thats what I heard.

RE: traxxas 4 tec
they drift fine. And the belt holds up pretty well from my experience. I have one. And I drift it.

RE: traxxas 4 tec
ANY 4WD will drift.
Shaft or belt, it doesn't matter!!! |
RE: traxxas 4 tec
That's correct. Just make sure you got the proper electronics and tires, such as a high turn motor for drift wheels or a low turn motor for tires.. Just make sure you have a ESC that can handle it. Mods wouldn't hurt either.. The most basic mod for drifting is full ball bearings if your car doesn't already have it.

RE: traxxas 4 tec
I had a 4tec and i sold it as a drifter to one of my friends and he loves it, it runs good and drifters good. i also noticed that with a high turn motor the traxxas hard drag tires work really well also
