could someone please explain dean plugs to me and whether they r a worthwhile buy? thx again guys

Deans are superb conns, not THE best but equal to Corally and Litespeed, other conns are poo

...but I always like to be corrected

Deans are Higher Current Connections.
They are Necessary if Your going to run a motor Below 15Turns'
They wont melt together like Tamiya Plugs Can do under Extreme load experienced with a Low turn motor

You also get more run time anbd cooler battery temps.

That explains why my battery and electronics get extremely hot when I run my 15T.. The tubing on my ESC's connecters melted after I did my run.. [X(] I need dean plugs.. So I just strip of my Tamiya connecter and solder deans on?
