DIFF PROBLEM

today i changed my motor and threw in that piece of ***** venom fireball motor into my tt01d, and, that things so hurtin, so i switched back to my orignal, now i to test that everythign was lined up, i got my car runing, "offthe ground" and noticed the back right wheel engages before all the rest, and spinds faster at teh start, im wonderng if this is normal , possable tamiya did this to create less rightside motion that could be premoted by the increased weight of the battery pack.???? any ideas, and if not how can i fix this isssue, without locking the diff, i find it just fine loose.
