will i am new here.. not new to nitro ! will just bought a 3.3 4tec and i want to drift.. but the car doesnt seem to do a whole drift.. i was wounder what tires are good to drift... ????

Yokomo makes drift tires, but for a budget tire - get either ABS or PVC plumbing pipes and cut them to width of your rims.

also will they last for a long time or should i go with ABS?

also do u have a link of a ABS pipe so i know what to look for... like i say i am new to difting...

Those tires could work, I heard Yokomo makes very good ones. ABS is just the material of plumbing pipe you can find at hardware stores. It's black, and people say it's better than PVC both in longetivity and sliding. ABS is always cheaper than special tires you buy.

should i do front and rear... or should i just do rear...

i am going to go with ABS.. seen it cheaper to buy...

3.3 N4tec to me seems too much power for drifting lol.
you dont want to break the engine by overheating it?
FYI- dont use abs on nitro, you will overheat.
I suggest some rubber drifting.
HPI stage-D or Tamiya Type D tires.

yup Gratou's right....you'll want to buy the hpi drift tires...i have them on my nitro and they are perfect...they dont wear too bad either....i had abs tires on at first and i burnt some servos and such...i put the hpi's on my electric and i work really hard to drift and my battery didnt last as long....so in short....electric=abs nitro=hard compound stage d tire

and when i was drifting with the abs on my nitro...my engine degree was in between 309-340 and that is NOT GOOD
