There Cheap, they work and are better then a Drift king.

We have gone into the reasons why the TT-01 is recommended before..

1.They are Cheap.
2. Easy to Build and Maintain
3. With simple Hop ups can be made into an awesome drifter.
4. Plenty of them out there and parts are easy to access
5.They are SOLID!.. only minor things break and thats usually when they have been abused..

The TT-01D is not about Speed, Average Speed is about 30-35kph compared to a HPI Sprint 2 RTR with a speed of 40kph (Yes HPI say it will do 40 kph unlike HBX which state their TL-01's will do 60kph)

Drifting can be done with a 27T Silvercan motor which has a Top speed of about 25kph..
