For paint i used 4 coats of rc-250 outlaw black then removed tape and sprayed 3 coats of tamiya PS-38 and 1 uber thick coat of black to top it off, the blu was too dark and looks kinda puple like in the sun.

RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys...

sir crashalot: You do not 'need' a second chassis for time attack but if you wanna do well its really needs to be a race competitive car I guess. We run the day quite quick so there would be little time to change setups for drift to race and then back to drift again so if you have the moolah to throw around and you want a new chassis then you might as well but its not imperative.

Shells that are entered into the Concours comp. have to also be used in the drift qualifying and tsuiso rounds as we do not want to encourage people just to lob their shelf queens on the track and blast the competition away.

I hope that answers you Q's.

Erm, the Yokomo was real easy to maintain. The suspension was bulletproof I found and the the only problem I had was the fact that the SSG seems to only like really short shocks. The drivetrain was also very free running and never caused my any problems. Then again I do take a lot of care with the chassis' and strip them down and thoroughly clean them after every major event and do the frequent thorough brush downs and lube after every run which is needed.

The TA05 seemed awesome indoors, better than my SSG but outdoors on old tyres (which didn't help) I have yet to find a great setup. It takes a few runs I guess. I've only had 3 battery packs of testing it outdoors so far at Snetterton so I need more time.

Probably looks cool to see the minivan drift.

Finally finished my Tamiya RX-7 kit. Hopups and full LED kit. Still waiting for the new wheels. I kind of want to get another one and make it a shelf queen.

Very nice cars all... here is my first try with my TT01R. Not a drifter yet... but its getting there.

350Z... Midnight Black Pearl (same was my 1:1 WRX) basically, with Silver stripes, and with the left over silver, made the wheels match.

(Sorry for bad pic, was after my first run... couldn't get any before with the patients I have... taken with Nokia Cell. Will post more later)
