nice ride man, show us some pics of the chassis and im sure someone here could tell you exactly what kind of chassis it is[8D]
|
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
e10 hpi I reckon going by the pics :D
I know that chassis seems to get a bit of flank on these forums but end of the day a drifter is a drifter as long as your out there doing your thing slide wayz its all good ;) |
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't say its the E10 actually based on the position of the body posts and the fact that the wheels are held on by lock nuts. I have no idea what it is though. Looks good anyways, just needs a little more offset on the wheels to mount flush.
|
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
e10 wheels are held on with screws not locknuts
|
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
body post are also further down than that on the e10

RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
Gratou, how do you cut your wheel wells? every one of the car's i've seen from you look so real! i think that the way the wheels sit on a car makes it look that much nicer IMO but, i can never get the wells to match up with the wheels as well as you do.
|
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
That ER34 is actually my brother's shell. But we both use a compass cutter (Ofla) and curved scissors, then smooth out the wheel wells with some 150grit sandpaper.
|
RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
GraTou the car, yours or not is top notch stuff and the photography is impressive.

RE: POST A PIC OF YOUR DRIFTER THREAD!!!!!!!!!
Fresh*- Thanks. I did the photography (I am Phil) and Chris (my brother) took his own shots...you can see who the photographer is :P
ravenlunatic- Gotta mount first to mark the body posts' locations. |
