need help with locking diff???

hi , new to the drifting thing - got told best idea is to lock up both my diffs, but dont have a clue how, i have a thunder tiger ts4n v2 pro - 4wd. anyone know how i lock the diffs up and if its the right thing to do aswell?? thanks for your time!!
