shock set-up
 
What shock set up should on my shocks 4 drifting had/soft and should i have the ride hight high/low???

your help would be gr8!!

If your drifting on ABS then although youm might think a hard suspension will do best becuase drifting is all about little grip, right. In this case no you wanna run a soft suspension a common and good starting point is 20W oil all around with soft springs. Over time you can get slightly thinker oil and heavier springs to fine-tune it to your style and needs. I've been drifting for quite sometime, I have tried other set-ups and I find that to work best for me, so I stick with it.

Lower ride height helps with quicker transitions.

i found that softer springs up front gives the car more steering and better weight transfer for switch backs

Use the soft springs for all four wheels but try and stiffen the rear springs by a little bit.
