shock set-up
What shock set up should on my shocks 4 drifting had/soft and should i have the ride hight high/low???
your help would be gr8!! |
RE: shock set-up
If your drifting on ABS then although youm might think a hard suspension will do best becuase drifting is all about little grip, right. In this case no you wanna run a soft suspension a common and good starting point is 20W oil all around with soft springs. Over time you can get slightly thinker oil and heavier springs to fine-tune it to your style and needs. I've been drifting for quite sometime, I have tried other set-ups and I find that to work best for me, so I stick with it.

RE: shock set-up
Lower ride height helps with quicker transitions.

RE: shock set-up
i found that softer springs up front gives the car more steering and better weight transfer for switch backs

RE: shock set-up
Use the soft springs for all four wheels but try and stiffen the rear springs by a little bit.
