quick question please
hi what is the hex size of the TT-01 for the wheels? im looking at the Hot Works brake disc hex adapter which is 12mm. would this fit on the tt-01?
and also do you think the Hot Works wheels and hex r good for drifting? there awfully cheap for 4 of them. |
RE: quick question please
Leave Hot works wheels alone!!!
They are Weak and snap at the slightest bump... Stick with Proline HPI Tamiya Sorex GM Racing For your rims... and 12mm hex is correct |
RE: quick question please
HOt works are good but for display prurposses on;y,
never drive with them!!!!!![:'(][:'(][:'(] |
RE: quick question please
okay thank guys you save me 10 bux. but i like how they are shiny blue and chrome it adds the bling. HPI and proline as far as i know dont sell two color wheels. (i wanna stay away from dying parts cuz itll get messy and mom wont like it)..anyway ill also look into sorex and GM racing as im not familiar with it.
EDIT: and also should i stay away from the HOt works hexes? i like how disc brakes r attached to the hex... |
RE: quick question please
They break too easily.. I think Yokomo Did a Disk Brake pack??
The only Other option I can see is for you to look At Yokomo for rims.. http://www.yokomousa.com/tires/rims.html |
RE: quick question please
okay well ill ditch Hot works then...maybe ill DIY the brake disc and find some other good looking rims. speaking of that, any links on how to custom DIY your drifter to make it look tricked out?
