What TT-01 upgrades? and all help;)
 

Hi i am 13 and a total beginner to drifting, my rc experience hasn't got of to a great start having bought an xtm x-cellerator nitro car (which is extremely tempromental) 6 months ago I am now selling this and have bought this nice looking tt-01

I want to get a new motor for under £40, I want a 19t so if you know of any good 19t drift motors then can you write their make and model and where can get it from(in the UK).
also any other recommended upgrades because I want a budget led underglow kit for night drifting(hopefully:).
all help appreciated because i am totally new to rc drifting and am rearlly interested.

hey bud welcome to rc drifting! for a 19x2 i would look into a orion element, a trinity komodo dragon, or a trinity charmeleon. i have one of each and are great median between torque and speed.

leds- if you want the underglow the only company i know that makes one is yokomo. there a bit pricey and were down your battery, but are cool for drifting. also look into headlights that you can buy for your body. all you need to do is buy light buckets and the LED's are your set. those can get pricey but i have seen used ones on ebay or other companies version for not to bad of a price.

for hop ups i would do for your tt01. i would look into, a ball differnetial (not necessary; you can lock the diffs on the tt01 very easily with a simple diff mod), a metal motor mount, ball bearing set, aluminum prompt shaft, oil filled shocks, and drift tires. REMEMBER ALL OF THIS IS NOT NECESSARY but it helps to make you a a better and better drifter when you have the equipment set up properlly.

also look into DRCCENTRAL.COM they have a forum for drifting in the UK. hope that helps and enjoy! :D

the checkpoint money 19t is pretty good from what i understand. As for LEDs you can make ur own LED kits there are tutorials on it all over the internet.
