Sprint 2 Drift Belts...
Hello, I have a Sprint 2 drift that eats rear belts like there's no tomorrow it appears to wear away the outer portion. I have been through the rear end every time the belt goes and have yet to have found any place that looks to be wearing the belt; nor have I found any debris in there. I've played with the little tension tabs on the drive shaft to no avail. Has anyone had a similar problem? Or does anyone have a suggestion?

Check if your motor isn't rubbing on your rear belt.. We had issues with some Motor Decals that would rub on the Belt...

Hey thanks for the help! I did the mod on the rear, Do you do it on the front too?
Also in regards to the motor decals, I've got a Castle CMS-6900KV Brushless in it, no labels on the case..... PS I picked up a TB-02 to add shaft drive to my drift fleet....... THX! ~Doc~ |
