how old is the hpi sprint

i had to go back to 2007 in treads to get any kind of info. reason being i saw one in a lhs for 250.00 and didnt know if that was a good price or what . all i see is sprint 2 . it had a 19th unity motor i think . the car was brand new in the box.

thanks, i wasnt sure because all i read is about the sprint 2 and this was a sprint sport. dont really know the difference just started looking at the drifting/touring cars. mostly been flying helis and planes. but theyare starting up a track inside the schools gym on mondays.and a couple guys run drifters . everything has to be electric looked at the 1/18 late model car by losi , havent really seen any info on other than the companys stuff.reading some of these forms will make your head spin. which is better belt or shaft ? , hpi or tt or losi? ..which has out of the box better stuff?. oh well

A TT-01, TT-01D, or something similiar is what you're lookng for... They are built as a tank.. I "sometimes" "bash" mine... off curbs.. When I'm bored, and waiting for parts for my EMaxx...

Great to learn on.
