Hi,
This is my first post. I’m new to the hobby and am looking for an affordable 1/10 short course truck. I’ve narrowed it down to the Redcat Blackout, so what’s the diff between the sc and xte? Any suggestions for other trucks would be nice too.

The Blackout is not a true Short Course Truck because the wheelbase is only 290mm which makes it closer to a Stadium Truck in terms of comparable size. The XTE is a true Monster Truck which is comparable to the Traxxas Stampede in size, only differences are wheels and body.
