Do you have it up on the market place? I don't don't like that. Everytime I ask a question, or bid nobody replies. It seems like everything has been on there forever. There are alot of good deals, but nobody seems to want to sell it for what they advertise.

The truck itself is in very great shape, I have well over $400 invested and would like to see it got for something of equal value... The chassis has all of 8 Scratches on it, and is in great working order.

The Fuel tank has a primer but is loose... works fine still, I believe it is 75 or 100cc tank... The body has a Red to Black fade on it and is in good shape, never used, just cut...

Can you guys send me some pics and some specs on your car and buggy? If you could do that, that would be awsome. I have it all boxed up and if we make a deal i can ship it Tuesday or Wednesday, maybe even monday... I will ship first and send you a tracking number, and ship it 2-3 day priority mail...

Now, I know I have 2 negative ratings, but PLEASE give me a chance, I will ship under your conditions, as long as it isn't 2nd day air or overnight. If you need more info you can check eBay 6hearts6 or Fkidco5. All positive ratings... Please LMK ASAP thank you!

Thanks Again!

John Tyler

hey,
have any of you guys heard of MRC? I just got one from ebay, the guy said it was an HPI. The only thing is, the chassis is like brand new, not ascratch on it. It has all captured ball ends, steel cvd's steel output yokes. Hell, it even has fiberglass shock towers front and back. It came with a speed gem 12 turn motor, a novak fusion esc, and four batts. the only thing that sucks is the batts have deans plugs and the wiring is a mess. It came with an airtronics radio but there is no battery clip for it. they are only 5 bucks. Now i have to switch every thing to deans. But LMK if you know anything about it.
thanks,
maddrums

hell yea and it's got a 3/4 mile range...

I was out driving my little bro's buggy last night and a few of my buddies came over and we made some pretty sick vids... I'll post them once I get it onto RCpics.net They are pretty sweet. I went off this little launch ramp and it pulled a mcTwist [8D] (180 backflip) so it's was tight, and to top it, I pulled a nice 5 foot drift in the begginning [8D] [>:]

How in the heck do you keep the esc from flying out of the car? There are no mounting holes or anything of the sort. The site recommends tape but thats cheesy.lmk

Default RE: Official Rustler Thread

go to office depot get the foam tape and it works a little square holds it on VERY well i redid the whole stock chassis to lower my center of gravity.... the esc is where the reciever was and the reciever is on the opposite side, i dremeled out the luttle bar at the back of the battery tub so i could slide the battery to the very back of the rustler, and the place where the esc was mounted and the little bar in front of it are now replaced by a slightly trimmed msc mount and the little bar that was in front of the esc now holds where the esc was and the msc bar is now moved to just forward of where the stock esc was mounted
now the esc is on the right and i dremeled down the place where you screw in the reciever so the ESC sits flat.... i trimmed down all the front part of the chassis(from where the round bottom thing under the servo forward the rounded thing is still there but all the extra stuff around it is gone, most of the tub is still there for now....)

oh and to answer your question blw:
rusty is the better jumper and faster, works great on groomed surfaces, just dont run through deep grass or anything. go with the esc rusty and get a stock motor(150+25 for motor) just get some cheap packs till you start racing, then youll need to get a good stock motor, good ESC, good batts, and a mod motor and full pinion set to get a good racing rusty youll also need to do some custom chassis work....
