RE: Removing Paint
Not easyaly (sp)
Some people use rubbing alcohal (fogs up lexan) some people use plain trx nitro fuel. There are bottles of stuff out there that clean off 'over sprayed' area's on lexan, but a bud of mine at my LHS tryed it, and it didnt work at all for him. I've heard that nitro works, but you have to be carefull or it will ruin your body. I have also heard some people say that paint thiner works, but if you apply it to much to quick it will have to get a new body because it will ruin it also.

RE: Removing Paint
Try lacquer thinner- You'll wanna test on some scrap first.. I tried it in some testors spray paint on lexan and it took that off without eating the plastic, but lacquer thinner only works on lacquer... hence the name.
I wonder if that new krylon fusion spray paint sticks to lexan good enough to paint the outside surface of a body?
oh bollocks ! you're in the uk, lacquer=nitrocellulose..
