Yea. i was showing my friend my XXX-S with my new 7 cell pack and my 13x2 motor, Wow does it ever haull *** but damm i wasnt looking at one point and i clipped a car, The front shock tower broke so i ordereda new one, does anyone know if they make any aluminum shock towers for Losi? thatd be awesome,

i hate driving in front of people i know because you feel the urge to go faster and do some wicked stunts, thats why my evader is always broken

For some reason, the people I know that have Losi trucks have problems with shock towers. I don't know if the XXX-S is the same, but an aluminum one might not be a bad investment.

well there is worse then me... my friend bought his nitro onroad car from his friend, and like he wasnt a newb, but it was late at nite and we were tired, so we went to rc some more, his car tops out at like 75 kmph k, heres the thing. late at night, tired. He forgets to put his antenna up on his radio.. so the thing goes outa range, and crashes at full throttle into a sidewalk.[:@] funny. but quite costly. i feel his pain now . i guess i shoulda drove a little slower, i was used to my 19x2, this was my second time driving my car with the 13x2 in it.. big difference, 4wd, but only the 2 tires in the back balloon when i drive it, so that messes with the handling, it accelerates faster and tops out at higher speeds, which is great, but i should of gotten used to it. Now if only that car wouldnt have been there. DAM PARKED CARS!![sm=punching.gif][sm=bananahead.gif][&o] New shocker tower should arrive by friday for a whole 6 bux[>:] then ill RC in some bigger places

My T4 took a similar trip once.. I broke the same part for the THIRD time that night and I chucked it about 15 feet from the middle of the track over to my pit table. It landed in my chair, which is probably all that kept the piece of crap from breaking something else..

They make a nice 3.0mm cabon fiber shock tower for 10 for the front and 12 for the rear.

6 bucks its gunna be like 10$ canadian tho then theres tax. OH when i go get that part, i might buy some MRC charger thing, its like 45bux (canadian) and it charges NiCD and NiHM,(peak charger) 45 bux....... not much. then i can buy a 7 cell from elmo [>:]

yeah, im crazy like that! how would you feel if you rebuilt a diff and it blew up? i ususally dont toss my truck, but yesterday was one of those severe moments of frustration.

lol. well onroad cars arent meant to be shot off decks or onto walls. a buggy or stadium truck if fine tho
