I was just wondering why do you have that controller and do you race? It looks like you have the stock motor and (no offense) cruddy battery packs.

That controller came with my tt-01 and for now, see no reason to go out and buy a 100quid($200) radio for cosmetic reasons with a small performance gain and currently, im looking for some new battery packs, however those "cruddy" packs can give some decent times. Im waiting to get some more things before ill run the stock motor, a new esc annd some new parts for my evo and ill put the tamiya motor in the tt-01 and race that and use the evo to race in the stock class.

I wasn't trying to be mean or anything, just wondering. And if you got GP 3700s they would make a huge difference compared to those old stick packs.

And also, they would cost about $60 a pack which I dont have, id rather spent that money on some more modest packs and the rest on going to the track and practicing my ass off

For racing, rcmaster, BBB is not the way to go. Their great bashing packs, and i totally support elmo. But, however, Fusion and such quality batteries are def. race-ready packs. So crow's $60 is more accurate for a racing pack. Some batteries go up to $120! [X(]

i dont even want to know.....and like i said, thats not even my pride and joy (my t4s are). that is mainly just leftovers. I would say that the tc3 and its parts are worth well over 1000 bucks

Thing is, being 14, $40 a pack is alot, also i need a different iron as they say y 25w one wont do it, so that $10, then b-bars, connectors, solder, shipping to the uk, they could end up being $55 a pack.
