Oh man whatever happened to stock..... seems clod just invites custom jobs. All the chassis look good though.

Ya if yur gonna do that mich might as well make it a racer. If I ever finish my tuber build it will be a racer. The featherwight might have too long of a wheelbase for sharp turning though?

It's still a long wheelbase for 4ws. I ran my tlt with only 13" wheelbase and 4ws ans it wasn't exactly a champ at turning. And thart was with tight/locked diffs.

TEX will only lock the rear diff, so he should be okay.... unless he wants to spend another $45 to get a 2nd ball diff.. hee hee.. (he can always get that later, though, so no big deal..) I think he locked the rear diff already...

I already locked the rear diff with JB.
I called ThunderTech racing to get some info on the CVD's. They guy spoke to was really nice, they are really into Clods for sure there. I asked him if he felt the ball diff would be ok up front with a locked rear. He said that he has the same set up(lock rear/ball diff up front) and his turning radius was very wide. He is not using 4WS though and said that with the CVD's I can increase the radius up front by trimming the stops and then with 4WS on top of that it will have good steering capabilities. Plus the ball diff is easily adjustable so it won't be a big problem up front.

Hee hee... nah.. still hoping to have a coupon for it.. but, you know, at the end of the day, it is that $10 difference, I am sure for $10, each one of the people who visit the LB Lounge would probably chip in $1 each just to see the kit being build.. (joke)
