I doubt it
lol
Anyway my td is getting closer. All I need is esc and motors. The other truck is a roller already. That one needs battery tray, motor, another servo, a set of shock standoffs and evader front shocks, new, improved links, body and paint. Alot but it'll still prolly end up cheaper than the td! lol

Because it's a crawler chassis with tons of articulation and a long wheelbase. TEX, maybe consider swaybars!? I know I will need to run some on my TLT tuber.

Not really. It;s designed by a guy in korea who does a ton of crawling and designed it to be light, simple and have alotta artic. I'm sure it would be an ok bashing chassis with 4ws and differential adjustments, but it may fall behing compared to some of the racing clods out there.

No doubt that it can be setup as a racing chassis... I feel it is all about setup... not a shaft drive, so there's no torque twist.. with proper shock and spring rate, I think it can be setup to race..

It's going to be set up for fun....
Besides, you are judging soley on the chassis...be patient

I'm just comparing the setup to the other racing clods.

Maybe I should build up a Clodzilla 4... hmm...
The thing is, you'd get a Clod kit and only use the axles.. just seem kind of silly.. argh.. [:@] I guess the hard shell is kind of nice..

Not like eBay offers any good deals anyway.. besides, used stuff, you never know what they went through...
Tamiya should sell Clod axles for $80 a pair.. I'd get that!

Just buy the Clod kit, it's your best bet.
If you build a Zilla 4, that would be awsome.....better than the TXT...but that's me...

Yeah, that's how they get you, man!! Getting a new Clod w/ Towe coupon is probably the way to go.. sometimes, I don't know why people buy stuff on e-Bay.. (that's more expensive than you can get elsewhere..) Probably just for un-informed buyers...

Take a look at this:
http://www.junfac.com/car_dragoon.htm
Interesting approach.. I guess JunFac decided to make its own gearboxes to compete w/ the Clod axles... that makes sense, I guess... if they pass on the saving to the customers... (right...........)
