looking to buy 1/10 on road kit
i've got a few questions about the on road rc car kits that you can buy.
if its a full carbon chassis or a Factory Team chassis does that mean you should only use it for racing?
would it be a bad choice if i were to use an all carbon or Factory Team chassis for drifting or just every day running?
what would the best one for the price be?
what radio set up should i get: AM or FM?

Carbon chassis are mainly for racing but you can use them for drifting. Price range really varius, some are around 300 others are above 400.

I think you're jumping in at the deep end here.
If you want to buy something really flash and adjustable chassis, but you're only a beginner, try the Tamiya TA05. There are plenty of parts for it and they are very reliable, and the manuals are the easiest to follow.
For a beginner even a TA05 is a quick car, but it won't be as dissapointing as a carbon chassis race car when it gets all scratched up! Also; If you are wanting to get into drifting, PM me as there aer better forums than the drifting section on here.
Chris.
