Default N80 6C motor, confusion

I have seen this motor befor but never payed attention to it. 3t motor equivalent!!! If it is that fast why is it stated as a monster truck motor??? I am currently looking for a brushless motor for my pede, will this be considerable? If it is suposed to be a monster truck/off-road motor it should have enough torque to make a pede do weelies right???

No matter what I get it will go with a mamba max esc.

Thanks for the help.

I heard somewhere on the internet that that thing can put alot of touring cars in the 75-95 mph range which I dont beleive that for a second but I am quite curious about how that motor performs myself.

!!!75-95!!! Holy crap! I didn't expect that I just want a motor to pound around with and have speed around 40-45 AT TOPS. How were thoughs motors geared???

Will be the exact same as the mm6900 motor. Besides the only motor I'd go with is fiegao. Preferably 380c 6t. The n80 I headr was nice for tc but not as good for trucks. even though they make a mt version. The 3t is BS I highly doubt that you could ever go that low without "MAJOR" heat issues. Plus if you run that motor with the MM ESC you'll void the warranty.

I also never believed the 3t thing. OK seriously I know you like fiegao but you don't have to post it every where. And if you ran a fiegao with the mamba max esc that would also void the warrenty to right?

Ok people pedebeater and me wanna know your oppinion on either the Feigao 380c 6t or the Fiegao 380c 6l. They will stay alot cooler than most bl motors right. Ok so the n80 is out of the question. I dont understand why you keep going for the most expensive setup? How do yuo even know your going to get anywere near that much. I still think that this is a deal of a lifetime for you- http://www.starluckrc.com/catalog/pr...roducts_id=171

LOL!!! Well it looks like it has enough power to make it through some mud puddles. I don't know if you have any experience with it or not but how does it compare to a mamba max 6900.

Yep thats the one. Did you guys know that the N80 is a knockoff version of Fiegao's 380c's? The N40, N60tc and the N60 are all knockoffs of the everpopular 380c's.

I don't have side side comparison.. I don't have GPS #s..

I have 2 MM7700kv, a Mamba 8,000kv (for mini), a LRP Neo 1-Star, and a Novak 5800.. (and the N80)

It should have plenty of torque / power to pull your Pede.. but always gear it properly, no matter what system you use..

I ran my DI (4WD) w/ 7-cells before, and it would break all 4 loose on pavement at speed... but I never ran the 7700kv MM in the Dark Impact..

Maybe you can do some research on the Feigao 380C to see if it uses Y-wind.. I know that's what the Trinity N-series use...

A lot of time, they look similar on the outside, but might be different inside...

Yeah whats up with that.
Just did some very quick skimming and found that they also use the y-wind setup. Hmmmmm..... Well LB what would you pick if one was cheaper that the other if you didnt have the n80 already?[8D]
