Default possible e revo

i found a deal on a revo 3.3 roller. he also has a roller e max. what i am thinking is get the 3.3 and put my os18tm in my 2.5 revo in the 3.3. then get the e maxx tranny from him and put it in my 2.5. my question is, besides the obvious motors,e maxx tranny, batterys and esc, is there anything else needed to make the e revo? also is the e maxx tranny a direct fit for the revo?

you can do it all on your own but its alot easier to get an emaxx tranny then do it.

with the revotranny a motor mount is going to be hard to create

well then it wouldnt be a custom if he bouagt a mount from rc-monster, but I never thought about the bearing. Your going to have to run mechanical brakes or run it locked into second to run the revo tranny. I run the emaxx tranny and custom battery trays on mine

here is my conversion if you have any questions lmk as far as the trans you need to cut out a little of the chassis to line it up, grind a little off of the rear hump so the shaft can turn without binding up, you will also need to flip the diffs if you set your trans up like I did with the motors facing forward, you will also need another rear drive shaft for the front thats about the only things I can think of at the moment...oh and you don't need a kit it just makes it easier all you need is a dremel a few extra parts an imagination, patience and time

250 doesn't sound bad

those things cost 500 new

who wants a used engine anyways.......

a used wheely king is not worth nearly as much as a revo roller
